Remember to disconnect from work

  1. Reflect on your accomplishments and write down 3 good things that happened
  2. Make space for mental solitude
  3. Spend time on a hobby
  4. Prepare for tomorrow with a ‘shutdown ritual’
  5. Turn off your devices at least 30 minutes before bed
  6. Journal and reflect on your day

Over the last 8 years, my morning routine has evolved. I’ve tried different habits, methods, and rituals to refine my current routine into a 9-step process. It’s a how-to guide for turning your talent, skills, and ideas into products and services people love to buy. The KPI Method consists of 5 steps - The Perfect Pitch, Publishing Content, Product Ecosystem, Raising your Profile, and Partnering with Performers. You can also take the KPI test to discover your influence score and identify opportunities for growth.

📖 Blinkist: The Lean StartUp by Eric Reis. This Blink outlines the Lean StartUp Method for startups and businesses, which is based on lean manufacturing and agile development. It sets out the steps you need to take to produce a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and how to gain customer feedback quickly to test your business idea.

📝 Blog Post: Nobody Cares by Ben Horowitz, co-founder of Andreesen Horowitz, one of the biggest VC firms in the US. The most valuable lesson for me is “It’s best to spend zero time on what you could have done and all of your time on what you might do. Because in the end, nobody cares, just run your company.”
