Welcome to High-Performance Habits

Hey friends

A long time ago, I was told that in order to be successful in business, all you have to do is serve.

Serve your audience, by sharing something, recommending a resource or providing feedback, and someday they will give you something back in return.

To that end, I’m here to serve you in the best way that I can.

For the last 5 years, I’ve been exploring the high-performance habits that help entrepreneurs and professionals take consistent action and achieve results.

My research includes reading 100s of books, listening to 1000s of podcast episodes and receiving coaching form Tony Robbins, Brendon Burchard and Ryan Holiday.

Now I want to share the strategies, tools and tactics that I’ve learned (and continue to learn) to help you achieve better than expected results on a consistent basis in business, fitness and life.

The weekly emails you receive will include useful resources, book, blog & podcast recommendations, products and courses that will enable you to make marginal gains on a daily basis and live a happier, healthier and more fulfilled life.

If at any point you feel that my emails are not serving their purpose for you, please unsubscribe.

What happens now?

Starting tomorrow, I’m going to share some of the best content resources that I have found for developing high-performance habits.

After that, you’ll receive my weekly newsletter called High-Performance Habits. In that email, I’ll take a deeper dive into the actionable steps and useful tips you can use to live your own high-performance life.

I’ll also include my favorites of the week - tools, tech, quotes, books, and podcasts - things that make my life a little bit better in the hope that they do the same for you.

See you soon

Got feedback or a short question? Tweet me at @iam_mattharris using the #HPH so I can find it.

For a question with more than 280 characters or something, you feel I can help with, send me an email. I read 100% of my emails, including replies to my High-Performance Habits emails with specific questions, but there’s only enough time in the day to reply to around 30% of them so please be patient.
